Is this the Best Time to Purchase?
June 23rd, 2008 4:43 PM

In this unique time in the real estate market we have a great location in Central Florida to own a home. Winter Springs, Oviedo, Winter park and many other Central Florida areas are seeing a bounce back in the housing market.

Inventory has become lower as the pricing for homes has reached what most feel is the lowest the market will bare. Now, with the FED talking about raising the rates to curb inflation, now is the time to get out of that rental, make that Up-grade purchase or grab that investment property.

As every Buyer and Seller will have certain special need, I encourage you to give me a call and we can sit down and talk over what this market has in store for you. All meeting are private and will lead to the best decision for you and your real estate needs.

Thanks for taking the time to read 800KEEN Blog.
